私たちは一人一人の個性が最大限生かされ、お互いの違いを強みとして活かしながら 新たな価値創造ができるようなグローバルでクリエイティブなチームが日本でどんどん増えていくことを実現します。 ベンチャー企業と外国人エンジニアのマッチング（人材紹介）を主軸にしながら、採用の後のサポート、チーム作りを強化しはじめました。 具体的には ・外国人エンジニアが活躍できる職場条件の調査 ・採用後の定期フォローアップ ・人事の専門家の方々とのネットワークを通じた人事・制度コンサルティング ・新しいチーム作りの啓蒙活動・コミュニティー作り などにも取り組み始めました。 創業から6年がたち、今まさにこれから大きな成長をとげようとしています。そんな新しいダイナミックな変革を一緒に作っていきませんか？

【どんな人がどんな風に働いているのか】
オーストラリア、フィリピン、アメリカ、そして日本と色々な国籍の人が働いています。女性も半数近くです。 英語が公用語です。

またコロナウィルスのリスクがある中で、基本は完全フルリモートで仕事をしております。

【業務内容】

外国籍候補者へのリーチ、新規開拓
外国籍候補者向けマーケティング施策の企画＆実施
社内外PR活動

♢具体的には♢
■中国語話者のお仕事探しのお手伝い（もしくは韓国語話者）
■上記ターゲット候補者のハブネットワークとの関係構築
■ターゲット候補者のサーチ、連絡、面談日程調整、社内での調整
■新規SNSアカウントの解説
■求人票の翻訳（日本語→中国語＆英語、もしくは韓国語＆英語）
■マーケティング施策の企画＆実施
■外部ベンダーとの調整、マネジメント
■SNSに使うクリエイティブの作成
■ミッション、ビジョン、バリューを全面に出したPR活動・プロジェクト
■社内向けPR活動

 

■Identify recruitment platform/sourcing channels for Mandarin speaking candidates (with IT backgrounds) (or/and Korean speaking candidates)
■Establish partnerships with other Chinese speaking (or Korean Speaking) hub networks in Japan and organize field marketing
■Work on direct-sourcing of the target candidates: searching candidates, contacting potential candidates, fixing the interviews and passing candidate information to other consultant
■Create a new SNS accounts for our new target audience and make a regular posts following the company’s branding and marketing guideline
■Translate job description from Japanese to English & Chinese and post them onto our website
■Be a part of creating marketing plans together with other team members such as working on planning Webinar, contents etc…
■Work with external vendors for marketing contents such as Youtube, Podcasts and Blog Contents
■Create a visuals for SNS posting and ads, and other promotion material
■Manage Linked in Ads and FB ads
■Create a mission/vision/values based PR projects to meet our target audience
■Make a internal PR and capture people’s voices and actively share in the team as well as to outside Active Connector

 

【仕事の進め方】
今回は新たな候補者層へのリーチを開始するという、社内でも新しい試みに一緒に挑戦していただきます。
「挑戦しないこと以外の失敗はない」という思いを持って、一緒に色々ととにかく行動力を持って試しながら、開拓していただける心強い人を探しています。
並行してマーケティング活動については、外部のベンダーの方とのコミュニケーションを中心として、期日通り、目的に沿った形でのマネジメントをしていただく必要があります。
This time, you will be involved in new market expansion. We would like to work with those who can be excited about the idea of “There is no failure except inaction”.
At the same time, we would expect you to have good project and time management mainly for the communication with external vendors about marketing activities.

ご自身の担当するお仕事以外にも、興味・関心に合わせて社内の社長直下、もしくは他のリーダーがリードするプロジェクトに、部署・立場を超えて参加することも可能です。
担当するプロジェクトが軌道にのり、拡大化していくということになった際には、そのプロジェクトリーダーとなり、チームを組成しそのチームリーダーとなって進めていくことも将来的には可能です。

Aside from the above mentioned core works, in case it will be of your interest, you have an opportunity to take part of some projects led by CEO or other team leaders. In projects, you get to work with others beyond your team as well as position title. If the project goes well as planned and you can show your skills and competency, you may be able to also lead the project in the near future.

【資格・求める経験】
MUST:
■ビジネスレベルの日本語力
■英語力＋中国語　or 韓国語
■日本での就職活動についての理解、知識
■日本滞在経験が２年以上
■異文化から構成されるメンバーと一緒に働いたことがある方
■マーケティング＆ブランディングへの関心もしくは知識
■日本でのビザをお持ちで現在日本在住の方
■個人でSNSを活発にご利用されている方

■Business level Japanese *Does not need to be fluent in Japanese, but have to have a basic communication with third parties as well as to be able to translate from Japanese to English/Mandarin (or Korean)
■Fluency in English and one more language (Mainland Mandarin or Taiwanese Mandarin, or Korean)
■Great understanding of recruitment in Japan (have good knowledge on where people look for jobs, experience of looking for jobs in Japan)
■Have been in Japan over 2 years and have a great understanding of Japan
■Have worked in the team of different cultural background
■Some background or interest on Marketing & Branding
■Have a valid work visa (or visa that allows one to stay in Japan)&Currently residing in Japan
■Active usage of SNS on a personal level

Working Conditions:

【諸条件】

雇用形態：3ヶ月間の契約社員契約→その後パフォーマンス・会社の業績を考慮の上、契約の延長もしくは契約形態の変更の可能性あり

3 months fixed term contract, possible to be renewed or changed its contract type

給与

・想定年収：360-600万円　（個人のパフォーマンスベースでのボーナスを含む
・　基本給（月給）：
経験が2年未満　　23〜26万円
経験が2年以上３年未満　 26〜30万円
経験が３年以上　　 　　　31万円〜
＊上記金額は月40時間の残業代込みです。
・ボーナスの支払い：年2回　＊個人および会社の業績に応じたボーナスが支払われます。
・給与改定は原則１年に１回　（４月）

勤務時間：
10:00-16:00をコアタイムとし、１日８時間です。在宅勤務は試用期間終了後から、週１日可能です。

休日／休暇：土日祝日、年末年始休暇、有給休暇、そのほか特別休暇、

諸手当：リモート勤務手当（月5000円）

勤務地 現在はフルリモートワークです。ただし、今後コロナウィルスが落ち着いたあとについては、一部オフィスで勤務する可能性もまだございます。現在頻度やオフィスでの勤務についての実施可否は検討中ですが、今後も基本はリモートワークがメインになります。

Our working environment:

– We started in May 2013 with a really small team and small office. Thanks to our team’s passion in this field as well as great support base, we have grown in numbers and space and we are becoming a reference for foreigners not only in Japan, but also overseas.

– English and Japanese are the official languages but during interviews with students, other languages, such as Spanish, are also used/combined..

– We have been featured in mass media such as NHK, WBS (TV Tokyo), Nikkei Asia

– Although all team members have their own working space, they also move around using various premises, including standing desks. (To channel your creative freedom)

– English is used as the main language in the office, while we combine Japanese among Japanese employees and also encourage non-Japanese speakers to improve their Japanese level.

– Starbucks is a walking distance and we are near a big university with a lot of space for long walks and opportunity to check out various food trucks.
