How hard/easy would you describe job hunting in Japan?

Cannot be more difficult as a foreigner

I would have literally left Japan

It’s very good.
Challenges are that I do not have experience of what I am doing now, which is also very good because I am learning every day.

Do not give up. Do not undervalue yourself.

I already recommended it to many friends who were doing job hunting.
Your company is really supporting those that are doing job hunting. I personally feel many HR agencies care more about their company clients.

What was the most helpful/positive feature about your experience with Active Connector?

Because the job does not fit my background perfectly (I never used the coding language they requires and I did not have any insurance-related experience), I the day before 1st round interview I got very panic. I sent an email to Active Connector said I was worrying that I might screw up the interview. Asami san and Kyoko san encouraged me. I got confidence from their words and passed the 1st round interview.
