Job Description

Job description:
You will bridge the gap between newly published deep learning academic research and business requirements by developing solutions in different fields, including time series forecasting, information extraction, natural language processing, speech processing, image classification, and reinforcement learning.



Place: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo


Japanese level: None


• Must: PhD in a Quantitative field such as Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics (or related) from a top tier university
• Strong publication record with at least two peer-reviewed journal or conference papers
• Proficiency in one of these languages: Python, Lua, C/C++
• Excellent communication skills, and fluency in English

Ideal candidate:
• Recent publications in an ML related domain
• Mastery of one of these languages: Python, Lua, C/C++
• Experience with at least one NN development framework
• Japanese language ability (native or conversational)

Salary: Will be decided depending on your skills and current salary.

Overtime work: With the exception of major projects, the company doesn’t encourage overtime.
