We are now hiring a game programmer who can handle all aspects of graphics technology work as we begin a full-scale new VR game development project with an eye toward the next generation.
We are planning to develop games for Meta Quest 2, PCVR, and PlayStation VR2 platforms, so you will be able to experience the most advanced VR environment at all times.

We are looking for a VR game developer who can handle all aspects of graphics technology in game development and VR action game development.
The role will be to create a game that embodies the user experience while bringing the quality of the game up to a level equivalent to consumer games currently on the market.

Verification of graphics specifications
Creation of shader programs
System requirement definition and design
Propose improvements to the feasibility, development man-hours, and planning from the system side.
Construction and improvement of development environment and workflow

- Knowledgeable about shaders and able to provide concrete ideas on how to improve visual quality and performance.
- Able to build asset production pipelines and workflows based on an understanding of the production environment and visual requirements.
- Experience in game production with Unity or UnrealEngine
- Experience developing action games for high-end consoles such as PCs and home consoles
- In-depth knowledge of real-time CG technology
- Experience in tuning rendering performance
Japanese Level
  • Advanced
- Knowledge of mathematics and physics
- Experience in game graphics production, including 3D models, motion, setup, etc.
- In-depth understanding of DCC tools such as Maya
- Knowledge of PhysX and physics engines
