JobDescription	You will be responsible for the development and operation of the front end of the products that make up the company's registry product. This is an important position because you will be in charge of the part of the system that customers directly touch, and you will be responsible for developing the system so that users can quickly navigate to the information they need. Requirements	Must - More than 3 years of experience in web front-end development using React, Redux, etc. - Experience in web front-end development using technologies other than React, Redux, etc. - Experience in creating front-end unit tests - Experience developing, testing, and documenting in a team environment - Experience in team development using Git Japanese Level Business / Fluent Better - Experience developing and operating back-end systems using Ruby on Rails - Experience in creating, operating, and building front-end E2E tests using frameworks, etc. - Knowledge of web application security Understanding of store operations, accounting systems, and payment systems - Experience in leading multi-person development, including technology selection - Knowledge of software architecture
