- Team Mission.
The team is responsible for the development of a wide range of systems to operate the company's services with a full-stack orientation, from web and Native applications for their customers, to the company's proprietary styling system, to their unique logistics system, and more.
Job Description
The candidate is responsible for the development of all systems developed by the company.
The process is as follows:
The candidate will determine the capacity to develop each month, decide on the projects to be developed against that capacity, and then decide on assignments based on the wishes of each engineer and the direction in which he/she will grow. After that, the normal flow is to actually start development after a kick-off meeting with the people involved in the project.
Since the company's engineering team is still in the process of building up its foundation, one of their duties is to consider how they can make the team stronger, such as establishing a system to run the team efficiently and a method of knowledge sharing. The company believes that good products come from good teams.
