- Lead the design and implementation of products and teams by utilizing technical and design expertise.
- Planning, designing, implementing, testing, measuring, and improving products and functions

- At least 5 years of experience in web application development (any language is acceptable)
- Experience in architectural design or re-architecting of large-scale systems
- Japanese Level
- Experience in development and operation of large-scale systems
- Experience in development and operation of high-load systems
- Experience in handling large scale DB
- Experience in business decision making as an engineer, or experience in deep business discussions as a consulting partner with business managers and PdMs.
- Experience in growing products and systems over a long period of time
- Experience in technical responsibility for products and systems.
