Since its establishment by radiologists in 2000, this company has been providing diagnostic imaging services by radiologists, as well as the necessary information systems for those services.
Since welcoming former Google Cloud Japan representative Shinichi Abe as President in 2020, the company has been actively recruiting IT personnel and is now entering its second founding phase.
Up until now, the company has been providing SaaS products to realize a specific task called "remote diagnostic imaging."

There are two major focuses for the product in the future:
1. To expand the functionality of SaaS REC so that it can be used in more departments and use cases.
2. To establish a SaaS platform to give concrete form to the company's new mission, which was renewed last year.
There are a wide variety of sensors that can capture the state of the body, including CT and MRI machines, and this area is expanding more and more with consumer devices such as the Apple Watch and Garmin.

The companyn is looking for Web Application Development Engineers who build “new” innovative and secure applications for doctors, healthcare workers, and patients, etc with advanced web and cloud technologies. The engineers are responsible for prototyping new multiple ideas quickly to interview potential users effectively, building MVPs through the agile development process to identify minimum mandatory product requirements, and designing a flexible application development framework to build and maintain applications very rapidly and securely.

The engineers have the opportunity required to work in teams alongside product managers, infrastructure engineers, UI/UX designers, etc to ensure all elements are consistent and reusable across multiple applications. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive healthy and effective discussions across teams to discover great ideas and features together and achieve our mission through new applications and technologies.


● Prototyping new ideas together with Product Managers, and other people's potential needs.

● Designing and implementing UI/UX with advanced front-end technologies to manage medical data and information, and provide responsive and collaborative features, etc.

● Working with Product Managers and Engineers to identify product requirements (PRR) to make applications scalable, secure and reusable.

● Driving the agile development process (e.g. bi-weekly release) to improve features rapidly.

● Managing development tasks and communicating its progress timely and transparently with stakeholders

● 3 years+ of web application development experience or equivalent with agile development.
● Understanding of key UI/UX principles with responsive and adaptive design.
● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc including the advanced Web Front End technologies (e.g. TypeScript, Vue.js, React.js, Angular, Node.js, etc)
● Understanding of server-side CSS and Proficiency in the advanced Web Server side technologies (e.g. Go, Python, Java, etc)
● Experience in Development Tools (e.g. VSCode, Docker, etc).
● Good problem-solving skills.
● Good interpersonal skills with excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.

● Experience in the major cloud Infrastructure such as GCP, AWS, Azure

● Understanding of key principles of accessibility, usability and security.
