- <About the Insurance Division>
-We have been receiving orders for the entire basic system from the upstream process for one of the world's top-class major foreign insurance companies.
-60% general-purpose systems and 40% open systems, but the number of open systems projects is increasing.
-We have about 50 onsite staff and more than 300 development members in offshore China.
-On-site employees are mainly responsible for customer negotiations, project management, upstream support, offshore management, and some development support, while offshore members are responsible for development and testing.
-We have been working with our clients for more than 20 years as a prime contractor, so it is easy for our IT proposals to be adopted.
-Our strengths include a strong client base, problem-solving capabilities, and a global presence in the APAC region, including China, which has enabled our Insurance Division to expand its business even amidst the Corona disaster.
As a playing manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks in a major renewal and development project for a major life insurance company's internal and external systems.
-Overall project management and customer negotiation
-Support requirement definition, design, research and analysis, and development of migration tools.
-Provide work instructions to OFF members (communication of specifications, etc.) and review of deliverables.
-Project schedule, progress management, and control
-As a BSE, liaise between China offshore and customers.
