Artificial intelligence (AI) that uses machine learning requires prior learning, and the performance of the resulting AI varies greatly depending on the quality and quantity of the teacher data used for learning. Therefore, a large amount of high quality teacher data is required to develop excellent AI.
This teacher data is created by human power and the use of systems, and this company needs a large amount of teacher data, so a large number of members are working on this task.
They are looking for an Engineering Team Manager to organize the team that creates the teacher data that supports this cutting-edge technology.

This position will be responsible for developing superior annotation tools to create high quality and fast teacher data, and working with AI scientists to create higher performance AI.

The main product of this company is an automated input support system that uses AI technology to read text from analog (paper) documents and import it into the system as structured data. They have also recently been working with RPA, which is contributing to the competitiveness of companies by saving more and more labor for tasks that people used to do manually.

Experience in developing deep learning/machine learning models (no practical experience required)
Able to develop annotation policies (or have experience creating annotation manuals)
Able to communicate smoothly with annotators, researchers and other related parties
PM experience (Experience in all aspects of IT projects from requirements definition to release. Regardless of the scale of the project)
