[Background of this position]
Currently, the number of engineers, including partners, is about 60, and development is conducted by a matrix organization of multiple engineering teams and project/product teams. While there are issues in individual projects, there are also many issues that need to be resolved across the development organization. Currently, the tech lead is also responsible for the management, which tends to delay the resolution of development organization issues. They are aiming for more efficient team management by making the management of the organization and people a separate position.

- Supporting the Tech Lead. Support for Tech Leads, including 1-on-1 meetings with Tech Leads and members, coordination among development teams, and facilitation of discussions.
- Acting as a point of contact for management and other departments.
- Provide or promote information dissemination both internally and externally.
- Recruitment of mid-career engineers (in cooperation with the recruiting department)
- Planning of engineer headcount
- Establishment and evaluation of targets

Requirements
Must

- Experience in developing and managing teams of engineers
- Experience in recruiting engineers
- Ability to communicate smoothly with engineers as well as non-engineers
- Experience in the development and operation of any of the following

- Experience as an engineering manager
