Job Description
In research and product development to solve problems in the area of brain diseases, we will develop pipelines using advanced machine learning/deep learning models, mainly focusing on brain image processing, in cooperation with researchers.

Specific Duties
- Brain image data processing and pipeline development
- Design and implementation of machine learning/deep learning models
- Design and development of APIs for prototypes
- Design and development of evaluation, testing, and verification methods

Experience in the application of quantitative methods such as

Graduate degree in computer science, information engineering, neuroscience, or related field
Programming language (Python or C++ preferred) at least 3 years
Ability to work independently and in a team with diverse expertise
The ability to learn and catch up on the latest medical image processing technologies, including machine learning, on one's own.
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Japanese Level
  • Intermediate
Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
Experience in applying deep learning and machine learning techniques in the field of imaging
High level of expertise in designing and developing data-driven/machine learning/deep learning models
Ph.D. in computer science, information engineering, neuroscience, or a related field
