This company is currently using Ruby on Rails for the back-end and TypeScrypt React and Redux for the front-end. The company has been working with UX designers and UI designers to implement a UI that is easy for users to use, and team members feel that they have been able to achieve a better UI compared to other services. As a result, the amount of front-end code and back-end APIs are increasing, and performance is also being demanded. The team is constantly refactoring the code, but there are still some old codes like annual rings, so the company are looking for engineers who can work on them together.

Features: You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from application development to infrastructure operation. If you wish, you can also play a role in leading the team while communicating directly with the head of each department and PdM to take ownership and improve the service.

・Experience developing SPA applications using React/Typescript, etc.
・Experience communicating with business and designer members to discuss specifications
