Since welcoming former Google Cloud Japan representative Shinichi Abe as President in 2020, the company has been actively recruiting IT personnel and is now entering its second founding phase.
Up until now, the company has been providing SaaS products to realize a specific task called "remote diagnostic imaging."
There are two major focuses for the product in the future:
1. To expand the functionality of SaaS REC so that it can be used in more departments and use cases.
2. To establish a SaaS platform to give concrete form to the company's new mission, which was renewed last year.
There are a wide variety of sensors that can capture the state of the body, including CT and MRI machines, and this area is expanding more and more with consumer devices such as the Apple Watch and Garmin.

The candidate will be responsible for the front-end development of a medical support cloud service.
The job will involve collaborating with UI/UX designers to design and implement a UI/UX that is intuitive and easy to use for doctors and staff who are the users of the service.
This medical support cloud service has various functions such as functions for general medical care, functions for health checkups, Edge function to connect medical institutions, Viewer function to display images, functions for specific departments such as ophthalmology, etc. The development team consists of several development teams ( (Which development team the candidate belongs to will be determined by their own wishes and aptitude).
Cooperate with the product manager, develop tasks in order of priority from the backlog items, and release the product twice a month.
The team members decide on their responsibilities and review their work at the SPRINT meeting held approximately every two weeks, while sharing and discussing the daily status with the scrum team during the daily meeting.
*The backlog of requests is organized by interviewing requests from customers, sales teams, medical institutions, internal doctors, etc.
The company also conducts periodic reviews to improve team processes, and the candidate will promote team building, code refactoring, and other improvement activities with their team members.
The candidate will also be in charge of creating and organizing PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).
Communicate closely with product managers and team members mainly through Slack and JIRA tickets.

The candidate can pursue a career as an engineer, become a senior engineer, lead engineer, or even become a people manager.
The candidate can pursue a specific technical area or aim to become a full-stack engineer, depending on their desire.
PJM and Scrum Leads can also pursue a career path as Engineers or Product Managers, depending on their own desire.
