You will be in charge of web and app design for toC services. The service has 9 million users—the 3rd largest market share in Japan—and has been running for 20 years.
Even a single design can have a huge impact on the service.

You will be responsible for the design of the site while thinking about how to make it easy to use and stress-free for visitors.
There is a great deal of discretion for each individual, such as incorporating trendy designs and occasionally designing with a sense of fun.

【Work Flow】
The director or PM sets up the requirements and holds a meeting to confirm understanding.
※Depending on the project, the director may create wireframes before the design process begins.

After deciding the direction of the design, check with the director or project manager.
※You will share rough and reference images.

Start creating the design.
※This is an environment where you can consult with the designer immediately.

※After it is released, you will measure its effectiveness and make daily improvements.

・ 3+ years of work experience as a web or app designer
・ Experience working with Photoshop and Illustrator
