JobDescription
You will be responsible for quality assurance of the company's in house products and building the QA department as a QA specialist. This will include implementing a QA strategy considering the functional and non-functional requirements (performance requirements etc), while aiming to minimize the retention of release speed.

Key responsibilities:
-Planning and progress management for the implementation of quality assurance.
-Planning and execution of process improvement and quality improvement measures in the QA department.
-Building and improving the organization's QA department.

Requirements
Must
-Experience in the development of BtoC services or experience in test planning, design and implementation.
-Experience in managing schedules and testers.
-Experience in creating test flows.
Japanese Level
  • Advanced
Better
-Experience negotiating with external vendors.
-Experience providing quality improvement proposals to the development team.
-Knowledge of load and security tests.
-Knowledge about test automation.
-Experience as a team leader.
-Experience selecting test tools.
-Relevant qualifications such as from JSTQB (Japan Software Testing Qualifications Board).
