The company is looking for someone who will be in charge of the case and mounting design, and you will design the robotic prosthesis product.

You will be involved in the process of manufacturing a product from development to mass production while communicating with internal Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, etc., and external parts manufacturers and OEM companies.

・Design experience in mass-produced hardware products
Experience of product design using molds, design skills considering cost, production quantity, practical experience of 3D-CAD
・Case design experience
Experience in designing products using dies/designing exteriors using metal and various secondary processing (surface treatment)
・Experience in mounting design
Board mounting experience/harness processing experience/design skills considering production equipment/assembly/workability
・Basic mechanical design knowledge/experience
Experience in handling the moving mechanism that accompanies the case design
Japanese Level
  • None
・Experience in painting/plating products using plastic/carbon materials
・Experience as a mechanical leader (negotiation experience with EMS and parts manufacturers, understanding of the overall process as mechanical design)
・Experience in case design of small products such as portable devices
・Noise/waterproof design experience
・Experience in heat radiation design
・Drive system design for products that can withstand high loads such as automobile engines
・Product drive system design using ball screws/bearings
・Understanding the concept of machine tolerance
・Experience in handling small-lot production products at the prototype level
