You will be working on the company's ID management system, product development management, work flow management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
[Main duties]
Planning, development and maintenance of HR, salary, attendance and ID management products
・ Planning and development of new services (micro services)
・ Function enhancement / improvement projects for existing products
・ Investigation and resolution support for problems caused by products from our consultant / support center

[Work Environment]
 A team of 4 to 5 people repeats the design-test cycle on a monthly basis.
・ Service planning
・ Define service requirements and conduct catalog reviews
・ UIUX design (cooperation with UIUX team), UIUX review implementation ・ Implementation development, code review implementation
・ Test case creation and scenario review
・ Test case keying
・ Create release notes
・ Manual creation
・ Respond to inquiries from the consulting / support center ・ Manage team members (including scrum, 1on1 and various interviews) * Only leader candidates
