Hiring Process:
There will be 2-3 rounds of interviews depending on the position the candidate is applying for.
For sales related position the candidates are expected to have native-fluent level of English communication skills to be able to liaise with international clients.

PR Aspects
They are the first blockchain and finance project authorized by Regulatory Sandbox in Japan.

You will be responsible for keeping a good relationship with existing clients and assist them by providing tech solutions to their problems through the company's blockchain finance technologies.The main customers are located in Singapore, USA, and Hong Kong. The position requires you to attend monthly business trips atleast once to these countries to meet clients, maintain relationship and get feedback/concerns regarding the services and products provided to them.

-Keeping a good relationship with customers and solving problems they have
-CRM management and making customer strategy
-Coming up with ideas on how to improve the company's products and what we should develop based on our customers' feedbacks
-Provide easier installation support of our services and continuous technical support
