Identify issues in each business process, analyze issues using big data, analyze data for planning solutions (fashion trend prediction, demand forecast, price optimization, etc.), plan optimum strategies and improve operations.
Specific business contents are as follows:
■ Understand the work of the business department, define issues, be involved in analytical design
■ Improve analytical design and create outputs while communicating with data scientists
■ Understand and interpret the analysis results, conceptualize the business effect
■ Translate quantitative evidence from analyses to relatable conversation with business division, communicate with related parties and drive business reform with their involvement.
In setting the discussion points and planning and implementing solutions, get involved with the business members (stores, sales, designers, merchandisers, management planning, product planning, inventory controllers, accounting, human resources, etc.) and while highlighting current and future issues, identify the direction of business transformation, gain consensus and take on the role of realizing overall transformation and new business on the ground.
