※ The appointment itself is relatively easy to acquire because of the company's name recognition, merchandise capability, and being a new service. I would like to focus on the negotiation phase by that amount.
Sales targets will be set for each individual while consulting with the superior.
However, although it is important to achieve the goal, I would like to concentrate on expanding the organization and improving services together with the client's perspective.
