Job Description 

You will be in charge of the end to end process from recruitement to employment-related tasks. If you are interested, you can work on labor control and recruitment planning. You plan how to recruit talented candidates, use recruitment/staffing agencies, make branding strategies, organize recruitment plan, set up interviews, communicate job offers, and support employee until they join the company. There are many foreign engineers at the company, so, you can communicate in English with some of them.

 

Requirements

-Experience in recruitment (especially recruiting engineers)

-Proven good recruitment results.

-Having made recruitment plan from scratch

-University graduate

-Business English level

-Business Japanese level 

 

Payment: 

4 – 7 million JPY ammually, depending on your skills and experience, the company decides your salary.
