Job Description

The company has been running one of the largest retail shop, but recently successfully expanded the E-commerce website globally. They are looking for passionate engineers to lead the team to further improve the website with robust operational structure.


The company is actively trying to incorporate latest web technologies globally to create the best service and constantly try to contribute to customer experience.


In addition to the web fundamentals, you are expected to be involved in scalable architecture. They are building the website that has high volume of traffic and you are expected to design well with internal cloud and infrastructure polities.


They welcome those who have experiences related to inventories, ordering and payment management to enhance the consumer experience.




・Have more than 3 years of experience in consumer software development

・Any experience with mobile development projects

・Fundamental Web knowledge and knowledge for HTML/CSS/JavaScript

・Good communication skills



・Extensive knowledge with JavaScript (ES6+)

・ SPA (Single Page Application) development experience

→Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, ReactJS, etc)

・ Frontend optimization experience

→Measurement and optimization experience using various inspector tools

・ Experience in design and implementation of API with NodeJS

→Experience in building Frontend for Backend is a plus

・ Application development experience using NoSQL DB

・ System development experience on public cloud (AWS,GCP)

→Experience in building Frontend for Backend is a plus

→Load balancing and load test experience

・ Version control and code review process experience using Git



・Experience in high-traffic website development and operation

・Global project experience

→Experience in communication with overseas partners and development with offshore teams

・Any leader experience

→Experience in designing systems and progress management as a leader

・ Knowledge in development process and DevOps. Experience in CI/CD and TDD/BDD



Salary: based on your skillset and your previous salary. Annual salary is expected to be ranged between 5.8 million JPY to 12 million JPY

Holiday: Saturday, Sunday and national holiday, there are special leaves which you can take 8 days per 6 months on top of annual paid leaves

Overtime work: The company encourages to cut all the overtime work. Even in IT division, overtime work occurs only 1-2 days a week
