With the vision of changing the world from Energy, the company was established to solve the issue of energy in Japan. CEO of the company thought the future in renewable energy and he started to prepare for launching his own company by joining one of the largest wind energy venture firms back in 2006. After Tohoku Earthquake, he was convinced of the renewable energy to be the solution for nuclear energy challenges in Japan. They set themselves the target of generating an amount of electricity equivalent to a single nuclear reactor (approximately 1,000 megawatts) by the year 2017. Several years have passed since the company was established, and today they are involved in photovoltaic projects that produce approximately 700 megawatts of electricity (as of September 2015). They are also starting to become involved in wind power and small-scale hydroelectric power projects, and are making steady progress towards helping renewable energy take root in society. One of the services that the company provides is to develop marketable energy by coordinating with land owners, field research, negotiating with energy companies, getting permission etc…

The company established the joint venture with German company to leverage the experience of the Germany company in its unique simulation technology.

Job Description
- Project engineer Role in PV projects
- Design and produce drawings (in CAD) and documents
- Alignment of project requirements with system design
- Creating complete and accurate project specific material lists.
- Create and support cost estimates (cost calculation)
- Involvement and contribution on DC technology side of PV plant, i.e. layout of filed, cables, inverter, communication and monitoring technology, earthing and fuses, switchgear
- Research on new components on the market and implement system innovations.



-Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related field

-Driving License is necessary 

-0〜5 years of working experience

-Japanese level equal to JLPT2 is required


■Prefer to have

-Previous working experiences in the solar market

-Experience in designs of solar PV plants

-Understanding and expertise in different areas of engineering for electric side of plans, i.e. layout planning, cable and fuse dimensioning, earthing requirements, inverter specifications, communication and monitoring technology, plant optimization

-Experience as project engineer

-Experience at sites.


■ Conditions:

-Salary: Based on your experiences and skill set. Annual salary is ranged from 4,000,000 JPY to 5,600,000 JPY

-Bonus twice a year

-Salary promotion: once a year

-Various social insurances

-Work hours: 9:00~18:00

-Work Place: Tokyo or Fukuoka

-Holiday: 120 days in total (one year) Saturday and Sunday, National holiday, end of year and new year

-Paid leaves: 10 days during your first year.
