Founded in the early 2000s, the company had a passion for robots. They started out creating simple robot parts that only had one function to making movable robots with sensors and stabilizers to mimic human movement. As their understanding and experience developed they moved to autonomous mobile technologies.


Having created a number of autonomous vehicles, the company is planning to expand their knowledge of autonomous mobile technologies to other applications. Such as working to automate trolleys in warehouses, automate drones etc..


With this vision, they have worked with a number of major Japanese companies (such as Sony and Toyota) and have now made a name for themselves as one of the leading companies pushing the boundaries for autonomous mobile technologies.

Job Description

Job Description:

・You will work on establishing firm customer service system and structure for various company’s products such as robots to be used for logistics field

・Your job will include but not limited to:

-Manage outsourcing customer service center, set up the customer support flow, system to establish repairmen assurance service

・Set up specific requirement for stock management, reconsideration of repairmen parts, flow in case there is recall

・As a recent focus, you will work on mass production (and its customer support system set up) for the robot that will be used for logistics. However, as there are many other developing products getting into real production usage phase, there will be many other products you will work on.




・Manage maintenance (outsourced) companies and plan necessary information and tool and ask for development

・Have experience in customer support for electrical and electronic products and logistics related items

・Good level of Japanese to be able to communicate with outsourced vendors (in Japanese)



・Annual expected salary: 4 million JPY to 8 million JPY based on your skill set and experiences

・Salary promotion: once a year (December)

・Trial period: 3 months

・Transportation cost coverage: up to 25,000 JPY monthly

・Over time work: On average 10-40 hours. *Please note that the salary includes 60 hours overtime already but it does not necessarily mean that you have to do overtime for 60 hours monthly.

・Work hours: 9:00-18:00 (One hour break)

・Holiday: Saturday, Sunday, National Holiday, Summer Holiday, Golden Week, End of week and new year

・Annual paid leaves: 10 days for your first year you join the company

・Various social insurances
