The company is 15th Japanese company that has been listed in NY stock market. Its global activity is now expanding to new areas such as India and Brazil too.

Job Description

The company’s basic philosophy in research and development is to ‘Create the Company’s driving forces of growth one after another’. They established a new building for  Research and Development Center in 2013 to promote basic and applied research in collaboration with their R&D centers in Singapore and Taiwan, both of which were established in 2012.

For the company, this is the time of large-scale change, which some may refer to as a fourth industrial revolution.


The person who is willing to live in Japan until retirement.

Fluency in English and Japanese is requited  (working with Japanese staff)

Creativity and passion to be a part of new venture of the company

・Fresh graduate candidate; Good engineering background (no need to have a direct research theme on Motor. Any engineering background is appreciated as long as you are passionate to be a part of R&D)

・Graduated or Career candidate; requires good experience for Motor.
