The company is Japan based creative studios/creative agencies that have office in Kyoto (which is HQ), Tokyo, Singapore and China. Since its establishment in 2001, the company has grown rapidly to the number of employees over 100. Their mission is to keep questioning if the idea is actually interesting: they combine unique idea and latest technology to make the high quality experience that has got a lot of entertaining aspects. They also work on working on PR works for client companies. They are covering wide ranges such as conventional PR (advertisement), movie, space design, device, and also creating services and their clients are both in Japan and abroad. They have been awarded over 150 times all over the world.

Job Description


■   Job Description:

・  Based on the personality setting of the robot (they are working for one of the most popular robots in Japan), you will be directing the script and movement of the robots.

・  The robots are now entertaining in office spaces, at family, department store to explain about the products, or sometimes even at old people’s care house.

・  You will plan, structure the script, think about appropriate and interesting accent

・  You will improve the gesture of the robot to make him look more attractive

・  You will do some simple programming (depending on your skills)




■   Requirements:

・  You have to have one or more professional experiences:

  • Writing (writers, columnist, be in charge of releasing news, bloggers, managing twitter account)
  • Direction (Web contents, movie, drama, animation and game)
  • Dance or performance, very familiar with physical expression

・ Advanced Business level Japanese (able to think about Robots’ script in Japanese)

・  The company welcomes you if you have the below skill set (but not requirement)

・  Web development knowledge

・  Knowledge on programming

・  Application development

・  Experience of making direction of character using AfterEffect、3DCG software

・  Passion for robots



・  Annual expected salary: 3,500,000 JPy to 5,000,000 JPY

・  Bonus twice a year, salary promotion once a year

・  Various social insurances

・  They take Sairyo Rodosei, meaning you can be flexible in work hours and all as long as you can complete the assigned tasks

・  It is very rare that you will have overtime work of more than 30 hours
