Mesasge from the company

"Creating new values with micro-satellites, and making them indispensable to people in the world. In order to realize this bold vision of us, we need new colleagues. What we ask of you is never specific knowledge of artificial satellites, Ph.D. from a prestigious university or the number of papers published. We welcome those who have pride and passion for their work and the business of the space start-up and can lead them to the following actions.

Think, learn and act by yourself for your goal.
We are a small startup company, so we don’t have a systematic training program for new recruits. No matter how long you wait, no one will give you any instructions what to do. Our team members have to think about what they should do, learn new knowledge, carry out simulations or experiments all by themselves to achieve results to contribute to the accomplishment of the shared goal among the team. But don’t worry too much. We will never leave you alone just after you join.

Value teamwork, respect teammates.
No matter how you are skilled and highly-capable, you cannot complete a satellite alone. We need to help each other as a team. Besides technical capabilities, documentation skills to write concise and easy-to-understand documents and communication skills to share information with others effectively are also very important in a startup where the considerable responsibility is given to each member.

Keep your heart hot, keep your brain cool. Sometimes think right-brained.
You need to have a strong passion to create unprecedented values and open up a new world. On the other hand, you should be calm enough to make a logical judgement when thinking things over. Sometimes you are to use your right brain to come up with innovative ideas."
