The company manages Ryokan/Hotel in Japan fully maximizing its strengths in marketing strategy focused on inbound marketing. They are targeting not only Japanese tourists but heavily foreign tourists.
For the hotel they are running, they are trying to maintain good part of old traditional Ryokan (omotenashi spirit) while providing quality service with high tech facility and provide more freedom. For example, their hotel allows the guest to be freely choosing the stay option and food options separately. They also allow the guests to eat at their convenient time and also they are flexible for room serviced. While many of the traditional ryokan still sticks to old way of how ryokan should function, the company is not afraid to take global standard.
They also try to pay extra attention to facility design and interior design and they do not compromise their quality of service. The company may become one of the next Hilton/Hyatt in the future.
Besides managing the hotels, they are also providing real estate asset management, investment, management of private jet etc…
This time, the company is now trying to focus more on expansion of real estate business part and they are hiring talented portfolio manager.

・Managing the family office’s real estate portfolio.
・Making buy or sell decisions, and building management decisions.
・Sorting through market information to produce insight.
・Travel frequently to capture market opportunities.
・Negotiate on behalf of investor with brokers/buyers/sellers.A12
・At least 2 years of experience in real estate industry.
・Fluent in Japanese and English. If you can speak other languages, it will be a plus (Japanese level: JLPT1 level)
・Ability to evaluate income statements and other financial data.
The company is looking for those:
・Who are able to travel nationally and internationally for work.
・Who has keen interest in real estate.
Annual salary will be expected from 6,000,000 JPY to 7,000,000 JPY however exact salary will be decided based on your skillset and experience
Salary promotion: once a year
