You will be responsible for managing the quality of web content on our app review site in the company’s branch office in the Philippines, which plays a top role in expanding our business to English speaking countries. Currently there are about 20 staffs who write smartphone app reviews in English for English speaking countries. Your main role is to improve the quality of those reviews by building a quality management system in cooperation with the team in the head office (Japan) and educating the writers in the Cebu office. In consideration of your skills and experiences, the company can offer you a position that plays a central part in our subsidiary company management, which includes designing/introducing performance evaluation system for employees working in the Cebu office, and planning events to stimulate the office environment.
