With the vision of changing the world from Energy, the company was established to solve the issue of energy in Japan. CEO of the company thought the future in renewable energy and he started to prepare for launching his own company by joining one of the largest wind energy venture firms back in 2006. After Tohoku Earthquake, he was convinced of the renewable energy to be the solution for nuclear energy challenges in Japan. They set themselves the target of generating an amount of electricity equivalent to a single nuclear reactor (approximately 1,000 megawatts) by the year 2017. Several years have passed since the company was established, and today they are involved in photovoltaic projects that produce approximately 700 megawatts of electricity (as of September 2015). They are also starting to become involved in wind power and small-scale hydroelectric power projects, and are making steady progress towards helping renewable energy take root in society. One of the services that the company provides is to develop marketable energy by coordinating with land owners, field research, negotiating with energy companies, getting permisions etc…
The company established the joint venture with German company to leverage the experience of the Germany company in its unique simulation technology.

■ Job Description:
・ You will form the team of people both from front office to back office, you will lead the project from planning to actual construction of electric and power generator development. You will be working on various solar energy and wind energy power plant construction that are located all over Japan.
・ You will be in charge of entire development/construction process, so you wlll be able to work on human resource allocation, process management, budget management and many other all kinds of project management related tasks.
・ You will collaborate with German Company which has a great track record of establishing energy generators utilizing world class renewable energy. You can utilize your global communication skills here.
・ Through this activity, you not only contribute to solve the issues of clients but also to solve challenges that Japan faces in the field of energy.
Have experience in the field of construction: process imanagement ncluding design, procurement, and construction with the construction project of power plant
Have experience in participating large scale project
Business level Japanese to be able to communicate with various stake holders and employees in the company
Business level English
Ability to set the strategy on his/her own
Be able to predict problems/identify the risks and come up the solutions
Great communication skills (can communicate with people form diverse background)
Ability to launch the project from the scratch
・ Salary: based on your experiences and skill set. Annual salary is ranged from 3,000,000 JPY to 6,000,000 JPY
・ Bonus twice a year
・ Salary promotion: once a year

・ Work hours: 9:00～18:00
・ Holiday: 120 days in total ( one year) Saturday and Sunday, National holiday, end of year and new year
・ Paid leaves: 10 days during your first year.
