With the mission of improving operational efficiency would be leading to greater profits, the company is trying to solve inefficient operational aspects which IT companies tend to face.

The company realized that one of the inefficient process in IT development is how engineers are caught up in documentation. The company believes that the engineers tend to lose concentration when they have to write file for documentation.

Although there are a lot of development support tools such as UML tool and ER definition tools, such services are usually costly and it is necessary for engineers to be well informed about the usage. Because of this reasons, excel file is still one of the main ways to record documentation. But this excel based documentation is usually created only for the purpose of submitting them to the clients but it hardly gets maintained afterwards.

One of the services that the company is trying to provide is efficient documentation tools which will enable all the engineers to search the necessary document files easily The service also unites use case, DB definition and development plan as core document. Documentation record will be automatically recorded so that there is no need for engineer to put date or version number for each file.

The company was established as early as 2015 but has been growing steadily with this successful IT product. Their clients are mainly large size companies.

They are using external API to display the documentation in different languages (by auto translation). The company is planning to expand its services to global market such as Korea, China and US.

Job Description:

・You will be working as development member for the company’s IT product that contributes to IT operational efficiency

・First half year will be mainly Customer Support



・Development experience with .Net, C#, WPF

・Fluent in either Japanese or Korean *In case you are fluent in Korean, no Japanese is required. However if you cannot use fluent Korean, you have to have advanced level Japanese

Annual salary: based on skill and experience

(After 2 years of work experience in the company, annual salary will be 3million JPY, after 6 years in the company, 3.5 million JPY

Salary promotion: once a year

Various social insurances

Holiday: Saturday, Sunday, National holiday
