The company runs the world’s 2nd largest programming and IT camp/school dedicated to middle school and high school students.

Their vision is to maximize people’s potential through providing quality IT education: they believe that the students would grow their creativity and innovative mindset.

Their activity was started back in 2011, and now there are more than 15,000 students participated and it is the largest IT school in Japan, and the second largest in the world.

In 2014, they received award from Google as one of the most outstanding ICT education organization in South Asia.

Middle school/high school students who took the company’s IT education was encouraged to work on their creative ideas by trying to launch application. The number of application that the students released is the world largest.

The company expanded globally and they have global branch in Singapore and they have run IT camp in collaboration with National University of Singapore.

They have successfully made strategic partnership with universities in Australia and one of the major trading companies (that have great business network all over the world). They are ready to launch their IT school/camp (both offline and online) all over the world, Europe, Europe, Africa and Asia. Since they are still in the research phase of which areas to focus on etc…if you join the team, you are able to experience of creating things from 0 to 1!

Job Description

Job Description:

You will join the global business team and be involved in how the company’s main service, particularly online education service, can be promoted to global audience

You will conduct the research, make strategic plan, and also be involved in executing plans.

Since the global expansion project is under preparation, you will be able to experience how you would be growing the service from 0 to 1.

 

Career Path:

After working for interns for 6 months, you may be promoted to full time depending on your performance and the company’s business/focus at that time

 

Requirements:

Experiences of being involved in establishing the service/organization/product from zero and growing to 1 (some venture experience) or have any relevant skillset which you can realize such venture work

Nationality: from Europe, Africa, or Asia (particularly Indonesia, India or Chinese origin)

Able to commit to the internship for more than 6 months

People from all kinds of background (both business and non-business) are welcome

No Japanese is required, however it is important that you are committed to improve Japanese

Able to work for 2-3 days a week                         

Have valid work permit or 28 hour work permit

Conditions:

・Hourly wage: 1200 JPY or above (however, during the first month of trial period, your salary will be 1000JPY)

・Work hours/day: to be discussed and decided You can choose time/date from 10:00-19:00 of weekday
