Knowledge and expertises that the company has gained from this fermentation was then further developed into research and development of natural colors production. Not only that, but now the company has expanded its business horizon into various kinds of healthy foods.  

One of the reasons that the company can keep producing innovative products is because of its strong R&D center, which consists of the group focusing on color and material and another group focusing on healthy food. The researchers together through great coordination with sales teams, which deliver and share the clients’ real life needs, the company has been successful in producing great products constantly.

The company manages quality product under through control backed by ISO9001 certificate.


As the demand for natural organic food has been growing day by day, now the company is aiming to expand its activity abroad. The company has established its global office in the US.

Job Description



■     Job Description:

・     As the company has grown, the company is now looking for people who would come up with great new product lines that can not only be sold in Japan but all over the world

・     First, you would work closely with R&D team and gain good knowledge of the company’s main strong technology. You would also go under training program, which would make you prepare to become great sales and planning person in the company.

・     You would be in charge of planning and developing the concept of new healthy food, which would be developed though strategic partnership with other research institutes (universities and other private companies). You are expected to bring a lot of new ideas and making your ideas into reality through utilizing the network within the company as well as network outside the company.

・     You will be also involved in global sales activities: exploring new market, getting new sales contact point, exporting products etc…

・     Even if you do not have knowledge of planning, you do not need to worry as the company would give you training about how you can write project proposal, how you are going to work on planning etc…

・     For the new product line, it does not need to be limited to food for people, but it can go beyond that. For example, your plan can be pet food or products sold in agriculture field etc… there are variety of possibilities that you can work n



  • The company welcomes both fresh graduate with no professional experience and those who have professional experiences
  • Japanese: business level (JLPT 2 or above)

  • Since it is sales & Planning position, they look for those with great communication skills as well as people who are excited about creative works



・ Expected annual salary:4,000,000 JPY or above

・  Various social insurances

・  Holiday: Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, end of year and new year holiday, summer holiday (4 day)

・  Work hours: 8:30-17:15

・  Over time work: fully paid (on average, about 20-30 hours a month)

・  Transportation cost fully covered
