Job Description

■Job Description

・Conduct filed based research: meet the clients (mostly fishermen), understand their critical needs, exchage ideas

・Come up with solutions (products) that can solve the needs of the clients

・You would be working as a liaison between clients and tehnical inhouse engieers: you would be getting the voices from the field, coming up with ideas etc.. then sharing that ideas to technical engineers 

・The company expects you to play an active role in customizing the products in cooperation with the R&D and manufacturing divisions.

・You would be also working on customer support: responding to customers’ complaiment, questione etc…

・After getting training in Japan, you are expected to be playing the leadning role in the company’s global project in South America. You are expected to be in charge of this market in the future. By that time, your role would be going beyond the above, but to the extent of business development and management role etc…

■Career Path

Staff→ Supervisor (mid-late 20s) →Senior Supervisor (ealy30s)→Assistant Manager (Late 30s) →General Manager (40s〜)


■Work Condition

Work hours: 8:00-17:00

Work Site: Hakodate, Hokkaido

Holiday: Saturday and Sunday

Salary( Example):

22 years old (new graduate students): 4 million annually

30s: 6 million yen 〜

40s: 8 million yen 〜

Salary promotion: Once a year (April)

Bonus: Twice a year

Allowances: Housing allowances, family allowances, trip allowances

Transportation cost is fully covered

Various social insurances are covered
