Job Description

Job Description:

You will be a part of global communication strategy building and execution.

The company aims to create strong team of marketing, PR press, web, store promotion team etc.…

You will create strategy for each product and make sales planning (sales space, product development, marketing planning) etc.…

Based on the above you will be creating campaign and coordinate with creators both inside and outside the company to launch TVCM, media coverage, promotion material production, event organization etc.

You will be a part of communication plan building based on marketing strategy

There is a possibility for you to work on collaboration project with other companies and brands



・Project Management skills

・Native level (or almost native level) Japanese

・Great coaching and direction skills


Prefer to have

・Professional experiences in marketing/PR (more than 5 years)

・Knowledge/interest in fashion

・Great knowledge and track record in collaboration project



Salary: based on your skillset and your previous salary. Annual salary is expected to be ranged between 6.7 million JPY to 12 million JPY

Holiday: Saturday, Sunday and national holiday, there are special leaves which you can take 8 days per 6 months on top of annual paid leaves

Work hours: 7:00-16:00

Overtime work: The company encourages to cut all the overtime work. Even in IT division, overtime work occurs only 1-2 days a week
