The CEO started his career at Hewlett-Packard (HP) as a software engineer and spent three years to found a start-up company after he quit the HP.
At the time the company focused on radio-controls first, he expected the market for drones would be bigger. He shifted the business from the radio-controls to the drones. Even though many companies try to enter the drones’ market, most of them have difficulty to keep benefit and stabilize the businesses. However, the company has been recognized and assessed as one of the successful drones’ companies. The company produces multirotor airframes, unmanned vehicles, quad planes, autonomous mowers, dome USVs. Those products play an important role in devastated areas and have already been used for the area of Kumamoto earthquake.
All of the engineers are passionate about drones or robots. Producing drones is hobby to them.
Since most of the documents for the projects are written in English, the official language is English. Foreign staff is working not only in Japan, but also Canada, Australia and China. The company accepts the remote work as well.
Based on your skills and experience, the CEO assign you to a project and direct the project and you. As you grasp the basic of the project, you direct the project.

Depending on your skills and experience, for example,
24 year’s old who holds master’s: 3 – 3.6 million JPY annually
Mid-career: 5 – 6 million JPY annually
Project manager: 8 – 10 million JPY annually

・Transportation cost is fully covered
