  • -Operate official online stores for the US and Canada

  • -Handling order and shipment

  • -Answer the questions given by customer via email and chatting

  • -Summarizing the questions from customers and communicating with hardware engineers and apps developer for future products



  • -Native level of English

  • -Intermediate level Japanese
  • -Experience of customer support is preferred
