The company runs EC website of automobile parts. The EC is targeting both Japanese market and global market. The company is a spin-off of one of the successful big companies. In order for them to specialize and expand its business specifically focusing on EC of automobile parts, they established the company.


Japan has been long proud of its quality automobile parts and people were very proud to be a part of the manufacturing such devices. Also there have been more people who love to work on customizing automobile. Nowadays, automobile industry started to be too much commercialized and such great culture seems to be fading away. The company is passionate about bringing back such culture from abroad, and also sharing this view with countries all over the world.

Job Description



■Job Description

・ Customer support: Since the company’s EC platform is getting more and more access from potential customers day by day, they need people to be the “face” of the company in responding to inquires etc… The inquiries and comments will be mainly in the form Of e-mail (in English) from customers from abroad. You are required to provide quality and prompt customer support, which can contribute to growth of the sales of the company as well as to good reputation of the company.

・  Logistics support: As the website is EC platform, you will be also coordinate with transportation companies/logistics companies to process the delivery of the customer’s purchased products. In case of any problems, you need to solve the issues in professional and prompt manner so as to ensure the company’s reputation as well as to provide good customer experience.



・  Japanese : Conversational Level

・  Professional experiences in customer support  (minimum half year)

・  Great communication skills

・  Ability to handle stressful situation in calm manner

・  Ability to pay attention to details to ensure quality customer support



・  Salary: Master or above level: 250,000 JPY /month,  Bachelor degree 225,000 JPY/Month

・  Transportation cost coverage up to 40,000 JPY per month

・  Overtime work payment

・  Health insurance and other social insurances will be covered

・  Salary promotion: twice a year (April and October)

・  Various special benefits including entrepreneurship support
