The company’s mission is to empower IT engineers. For this purpose, they have developed an automatic code review technology/service. They belong to the crowd service world. By using this service, engineers can easily detect flaws in programming. This allows them to save time so as to focus more on development or other important tasks.
The market itself for this technology is new. They are already providing their service abroad. After securing huge funding, now they are ready to enhance their overseas reach. There is a great potential for this service. Currently there is less than a handful of competitors in this very niche sector. Furthermore, the potential for growth is big since there is a big demand for this service.
Attractive working environment: there is great support for those who want to polish their skills. There is specific support for conference attendance and materials purchase.
Once a month there is casual social gathering (e.g. cooking together, have lunch together) between the company’s staff and client’s so as to understand better their needs.
Your ideas are very welcomed. The management, including the CEO, are very open to new ideas. You can choose any type of PC you want to use, and the company will purchase it for you.

Job Description

This is a position that exceeds what we know as customer support. It goes beyond in that, with this role, you will be helping customers to have successful experiences, by providing support related to the most effective way of using the service.

This means, you will not only be taking care of  installation support and aftercare service, but you will be expected to work to maximize customers‘ success by several possible means.

 

Requirements:

-N2 or above Japanese level, or business level.

*You will be communicating with customers directly

-Experience in B2B communication in roles such as in sales, Web direction, employment agency for IT industry.

 

Preferred 

Knowledge of programming (to be able to understand customers).

*Does not have to be an expert in programming.

 

Employment conditions
Working hours:10:00-19:00
Employment status: Regular employee
Salary: 3 million to 6 million, based on experience.
Salary increase: twice a year (March/October)
