Automobile Trading consultant to be the Bridge between Japan and Myanmar

JLPT 2 or above (Business)


The company does import/export of automobile from and to all over the world. Based on the requests from customers, the company obtains used cars from various auction sites in Japan, transport the cars to the port by using tracks, and ship the cars to the country where the customer resides. In order to provide one-stop service to clients, they are now providing after care service and also export some automobile parts. In Myanmar, they have launched maintenance factories, and they are now trying to establish sustainable relationship with customers.  They export Japanese cars to Canada, Chile, Myanmar, Taiwan, New Zealand, Kenya and Britain. They have dealt with more than 100 countries.

The company provides service with the clients’ view, and they always have the spirit to try to work on clients’ request.

Job Description

■  Job description:

You will be in charge of all operation of selling/buying used cars

Work on customer support

You will be in charge of the country of your origin

Details of the jobs are below:

・  Contact customers using internet, phone or Skype

・  Get the requests from customers what kind of cars they want to purchase

・  Find the requested cars from Japanese market: conduct the hearing from customers to make sure that the car is the one they want

・  Work on shipping of the cars

・  Obtain necessary legal document/permission

・  Make invoice for the cars

・  Send the bills

・  If you perform well, you may be requested to go to business trip abroad


■  Career path:

・  If you perform exceptionally, in 3 years time, you may be promoted to the managerial position


■  Requirements:

・  Only Myanmar people 

・  Great communication skills

・  Curious person (be able to talk to clients with various topics)

・  Japanese level: JLPT2 level or equivalent for those people 

・  Since the market constantly changes, you need to be able to study on your own, set your own strategy and work on PDCA 

【Preferable Qualification】
◎Personality : Positive, easy going, cooperative and responsible


■  Conditions:

・  Monthly salary: 200,000 JPY to 230,000 JPY (for those who do not have any professional experience). For those who have experiences more than 3 years, the salary will be above 230,000 JPY.

・  Bonus: twice a year

・  Salary promotion: once a year

・  Various social insurance is covered

・  Work hours: 8:30-5:30 (one hour lunch break)

・  Holiday: Sunday and Monday, Summer holidays, New Year holidays and Golden Week

・  Hardly no overtime work (When there is overtime, overtime work will be paid)
