We are a small startup company, so we don’t have a systematic training program for new recruits. No matter how long you wait, no one will give you any instructions what to do. They are looking for a satellite ADCS engineer (Attitude Determination and Control System) to design control systems of satellites’ ADCS. Depending upon your competences, you will develop embedded programs to drive and control attitude sensors and attitude control devices for satellites, do operating tests, calibration and validation of them, operate ADCS of satellites in orbit, etc. Knowledge and skills specific to satellite operation and its data processing system is not mandatory at the time of application.
・Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree
・Knowledge in control engineering.
・Work experience in control system using control theory such as design of control systems, parameter tuning, state quantity estimation and system identification.
・Japnanese is NOT required
■Prefer to have
・Work experience in the cross-disciplinary design challenges of mechanical engineering, electric engineering, electronics engineering (so-called mechatronics).
・Work experience in vibration suppression control system, using control theory such as design of control design, parameter tuning, state quantity estimation and system identification.
・Experience in non-linear control or adaptive control.
・Knowledge and skills specific to satellite attitude control system.
・Salary: Depends on your experiences and abilities. Will be decided based on the interviews.
・Bonus: Once a year (decided based on the individual’s performance and the company’s profit).
