Mitsui Fudosan is one of the Japanese largest real estate agency group. Their works are seen in many major places such as Tokyo Mid-town in Roppongi, Mitsui Outlet Partk, Coredo Nihonbashi. Tokyo Disney Resort is also one of its business.
During this session, you will be working with employees from Mitsui Fudosan to come up with new business strategy on sales and marketing focusing on foreign companies/clients.
Participants who excelled at the session will be proceeded to an interview with Mitsui Fudosan for their full time position.

■Prior to the session: you are assigned some tasks to prepare for the session. The details of the tasks to be shared upon confirmation of your participation
■During the session: You are expected to work in brainstorming session and also making short presentatino about your idea
■Language of the session: Mainly English but you’ll be using Japanese at the one part of session
■Dress Code: Smart casual (No need for ‘shukatsu’ fashion)
This is great opportunity for you to get to know about the company as you will be working on the session together with Mitsui Fudosan employees. You can also share your full potentials of how creative and innovative you are by working on the brainstorming session. You also have time for the short presentation which you can also share your presentation skills.
■Advanced Business level or above English level [Almost native level English is required]
■Able to use/understand Japanese for communication within the team
■Able to be creative for problems that do not necessarily have right answer yet, suggest ideas and also take them into action
■Understand the importance of compliance
